Introduction:

Production Method:
A method of producing a hawthorn powder product comprising both a mixture of hawthorn meat and starch of edible adsorbent, wherein the hawthorn meat accounts for 70% to 85% of the total weight and the starch of edible adsorbent accounts for 30% to 15% of the total weight.
A method of producing a hawthorn powder product, characterised in that it comprises the following steps:
(1) Carefully selecting raw material hawthorn; it is necessary to eliminate the hawthorn with broken surface or the hawthorn with insect infestation.
(2) Washing the selected hawthorn with water and steaming;
(3) After cooling, peeling the steamed hawthorn;
(4) The peeled hawthorn was de-core;
(5) Placing the de-cored hawthorn in a roller crusher for granulation;
(6) Drying the hawthorn granules, wherein the temperature of drying is 40 to 50°C and the drying time is 30 to 100 hours.
(7) Placing the dried hawthorn grains in a vacuum drying oven for sterilisation; the vacuum degree in drying and sterilisation is -0.06 ~ 0.1Mpa, and the temperature is increased to 80 ~ 100°C, and then the holding time is 2 ~ 6 hours, and the clean and dry water vapour is passed through 100°C for 10 minutes.
(8) Put the sterilised hawthorn grains into a pulveriser for crushing;
(9) Mixing the crushed hawthorn with starch of edible adsorbent in a proportional manner;
(10) Sealing and packing the made hawthorn powder, or soft packing, bottle or metal barrel according to the market requirements.
