Mechanism of Action
1. Biotin-Ghk enhances the synthesis of extracellular matrix components-such as collagen IV and laminin-5-thereby delaying follicle aging and improving follicle structure. This promotes hair anchorage within the dermal follicle, stimulates hair growth, and prevents hair loss.

Test Results for Biotinoyl Tripeptide-1
In a study involving 20 men (mean age: 36.8 ± 9.1 years) using a product containing Biotinoyl Tripeptide-1, standardized scalp photography, hair combing tests, and hair cuticle assessments were conducted at baseline and at 6 and 12 weeks of treatment. The results showed reductions of 7.17% and 13.15% after 3 and 6 months, respectively, with a 26.9% decrease in hair loss at week 12; additionally, 68.5% and 68.4% of patients showed improvement or significant improvement in hair growth at weeks 6 and 12, respectively.
Another study evaluating the efficacy and safety of a hair serum involved 42 healthy adult male and female volunteers suffering from hair loss, who used the test product daily for 90 days. Significant improvements relative to baseline were observed at both day 60 and day 90. Compared to baseline, hair thinning improved by 7.03% at day 60 and 17.55% at day 90.
Analysis of mean hair density showed significant improvements compared to baseline as early as day 30 and at all subsequent time points. Density increased from 171.35 ± 21.9 hairs/cm² to 185.01 ± 20.57 hairs/cm², representing a 7.97% change.
With continued use of the test product, hair growth rates showed significant improvement at days 30, 60, and 90 compared to baseline. The mean growth rate increased from 306.39 to 359.56 µm/2 days, a change of 17.36%.
Throughout the study, the percentages of hairs in the anagen (growth) and telogen (resting) phases remained similar; notably, the mean percentages did not decrease.
Measurements of vellus and terminal hair densities showed statistically significant improvements in terminal hair density at all time points compared to baseline. By the final visit, vellus and terminal hair densities had changed by 13.51% and 5.93%, respectively, relative to baseline.
