Production method
(1) In the presence of a strong alkaline substance and a ketone compound, aminoacetonitrile is hydrolyzed in an aqueous solvent to obtain the product. 11.2g of 50% aminoacetonitrile aqueous solution, 5.8g of acetone and 0.5ml of NaOH equivalent solution are added to a 50ml three-necked flask equipped with a stirrer and a thermometer. After stirring at 20℃ for 1h, the pH value of the reaction solution slowly decreases from 15.1 at the beginning of the reaction to 14.5 at the end of the reaction. The reaction is completed and the yield is 100%.
(2) Chloroacetamide is reacted with ammonia water. Chloroacetamide and concentrated ammonia water are first stirred and reacted at below 10℃ for 2h, then heated to 25℃, stirred and reacted with ammonia until the white crystals of chloroacetamide disappear, and then concentrated under reduced pressure at 50-60℃ until crystals begin to precipitate.
