It exists in the root of Pueraria lobata (Willd) Ohwi, the whole grass of Trifolium pratense L. and the whole grass of Medicago sativa L. It has estrogen-like effects, and the synthesized daidzein has obvious anti-hypoxic effects.

Production Way
a. Condensation reaction:
Step 1: Mix 75kg of p-hydroxyphenylacetic acid, 75kg of resorcinol, and 50kg of zinc chloride and add them to the reaction kettle. Heat the steam in the interlayer of the reaction kettle. When the bottom material starts to melt, start stirring, and the materials in the kettle are completely dissolved. Finally, start the vacuum valve, control the vacuum degree above 0.08MPa, control the temperature between 136-145°C, react for 20 minutes, and close the vacuum valve after the reaction is completed;
Step 2: Add 150L of dissolving water to the reactant, pass cold water through the interlayer of the reactor to cool until the temperature in the reactor reaches below 30°C, stir and crystallize for 2 hours, put it in a centrifuge and dry it, and collect the mother liquor for use as a filter cake After washing with 150L water, put it into a centrifuge and dry it to obtain condensate 1, and collect the washing liquid;
Step 3: Add the mother liquor and the lotion to the reactor, heat the steam in the interlayer of the reactor, start the vacuum valve, control the vacuum degree above 0.08MPa, and control the temperature between 136-145°C, react for 20 minutes, after the reaction ends Close the vacuum valve;
Step 4: Add 150L of dissolving water to the reactant, cool the interlayer of the reactor with cold water until the internal temperature of the reactor reaches below 30°C, stir and crystallize for 2 hours, put it in a centrifuge and dry it, and wash the filter cake with 150L of water Then put it into the centrifuge and dry it to get the condensation product 2;
Step 5: Mix the condensate 1 and the condensate 2 to obtain the condensate, and dry it at 85-120°C until the moisture content reaches below 0.5%;
b. Cyclization reaction:
Step 1: Mix DMF300L, condensate 50kg, triethyl orthoformate 54.5kg, morphine 10kg, glacial acetic acid 12kg and add it to the reactor. Between -145 ° C, reflux reaction for 5 hours, the reaction kettle is connected to the fractionation tower, and the reaction product ethanol is recovered by distillation;
Step 2: After the reaction is over, pass cold water through the interlayer of the reaction kettle to cool down until the temperature in the reaction kettle reaches below 50°C, start the vacuum valve, keep the vacuum degree above 0.08MPa, and recover dimethylformamide by distillation;
Step 3: Cool the reactor to below 100°C, add 240L of ethanol for dissolving, heat with steam, control the temperature between 136-145°C, reflux and dissolve for 2 hours, then cool to below 25°C, stir and crystallize for 2 hours, put it in a centrifuge and dry it, wash the filter cake with 30L ethanol, put it in a centrifuge and dry it, wash the filter cake with 100L dilute hydrochloric acid, put it in a centrifuge and dry it, then wash the filter cake with 300L water, Put it in a centrifuge and dry it to get the crude product;
Step 4: Dry the crude product at 90-95°C until the moisture content reaches less than 0.5%.
c. Refined:
Step 1: 800L of ethanol is added in the reactor, stirring and adding dried crude product 7kg and gac 2.5kg; in the interlayer of the reactor, the temperature is raised by steam, and the temperature is controlled between 136-145 ° C, and refluxed for 1 hour to obtain material 1;
Step 2: Material 1 is filtered with a filter hopper under the condition of a vacuum of 0.06 MPa or more to obtain Material 2;
Step 3: Distill material 2 with alcohol at 136-145°C, stop distilling alcohol when the remaining material is 70L, and cool to obtain material 3;
Step 4: put material 3 in a centrifuge to dry, wash the filter cake with 10L of water, then put it in a centrifuge to dry, repeat the washing twice, and dry to obtain material 4;
Step 5: Drying material 4 at 90-95°C until the water content reaches below 0.5%, so as to obtain a high-quality product.
Function
It mainly dilates coronary arteries, femoral arteries, and cerebral arteries. In addition, it can strengthen blood circulation in the limbs and reduce blood viscosity. It can also increase peripheral blood flow, lower blood pressure, and improve heart rate. So the application of this drug is very wide. However, if certain diseases are diagnosed, drugs like daidzein tablets are only auxiliary treatment. They cannot fundamentally treat the disease and are only used as auxiliary drugs.
Prospects
Daidzein products are widely used, not only in the medical and health care industry, but also in the feed industry as feed additives to promote the growth of poultry, livestock and aquatic animals. However, at present, the conversion rate of soybean isoflavones in my country is still relatively low, and the output of daidzein products is also relatively limited.
