Every 100 grams of dried grifola frondosa contains 25.2 grams of protein, 18 kinds of amino acids required by the human body, 18.68 grams, of which 45.5% are essential amino acids for the human body, 3.2 grams of fat, 33.7 grams of dietary fiber, 21.4 grams of carbohydrates, and 5.1 grams of ash. Grifola frondosa is rich in a variety of beneficial minerals, with the highest content of potassium, phosphorus, and magnesium, followed by zinc, sodium, iron and calcium. It also contains copper, selenium, chromium, etc. It is rich in vitamins, including 109.7 mg of vitamin E, 11.47 mg of vitamin A, 20.72 mg of vitamin B, 17.0 mg of vitamin C, and 4.5 mg of carotene, ranking first among various edible fungi. Among them, the content of vitamin B1 and vitamin E is higher than that of general edible fungi.
