Results
This study still has the following limitations:
1) Although CUT&Tag and ChIP-qPCR experiments confirmed that HDAC1 affects the NF-κB signaling pathway by regulating H3K4me3 modification, whether HDAC1 regulates NFKB1 through other molecular mechanisms requires further experimental verification;
2) Although this study used angiotensin II-induced aging and natural aging models in vivo, it lacked functional evaluation indicators closely related to vascular aging, such as pulse wave velocity and vascular endothelial function;
3) Given that HDAC1 belongs to the histone deacetylase family, whether BCA participates in its anti-aging effect by regulating other HDAC subtypes needs to be clarified. Future research should focus on exploring other molecular targets of BCA in aging intervention, thereby providing more in-depth experimental evidence to reveal its mechanism of action and enhance its clinical application potential.

Synthesis method

- Preparation of the intermediate: Under room temperature conditions, phosphorus oxychloride is added to phloroglucinol, p-methoxyphenylacetonitrile, and isopropyl ether.
