Conduct extraction for 4 hours using a continuous depressurization and separation process, maintaining a separation pressure of 5 MPa to 25 MPa and a separation temperature of 40°C to 60°C to obtain the cryptotanshinone extract solution; subsequently, recover the carbon dioxide via a secondary separator.
2. **Supercritical extract solution:** Pass the solution directly through a conventional filter via light-shielded piping, then heat the filtrate to 30°C–50°C using a constant-temperature heater.
3. **Membrane concentration and crystallization:** Under light-shielded conditions, pump the filtrate to the exterior of a membrane module (sealed at both ends) for distillation-based concentration; the interior of the membrane module consists of a cavity maintained at a vacuum level of 0.03 MPa.
