What are the benefits?

Whitening mechanism of tranexamic acid
Different from the whitening mechanism of niacinamide and vitamin C, niacinamide itself has little effect on tyrosinase, which produces melanin, but affects the transport of melanin. Tranexamic acid is a protease inhibitor. After the skin is exposed to ultraviolet rays, tranexamic acid can not only inhibit tyrosinase enzymes, but also inhibit the release of prostaglandin PGE2 to prevent melanin aggregation.
