• Thin-film dispersion: Phospholipids and quercetin are dissolved, the solvent is evaporated to form a thin film, and then liposomes are formed through hydration.
• Reverse evaporation: An emulsion is formed by mixing an organic phase and an aqueous phase, and liposomes are obtained after removing the solvent.
