Zinc Hyaluronic Acid

Zinc hyaluronic acid, launched in June 2022, is a cosmetic ingredient that combines hyaluronic acid and zinc using the patented Hybloom™ technology. It is the first cosmetic-grade "HA + Zinc" hyaluronic acid ingredient in China to be approved by the National Medical Products Administration. Zinc hyaluronic acid is a zinc salt of hyaluronic acid, a polysaccharide composed of repeating disaccharide units of glucuronic acid and glucosamine. It is found in many connective tissues, including skin, vitreous humor, umbilical cord, cartilage, and synovial fluid, where it plays physiological roles such as moisturizing, nourishing, repairing, and preventing damage. Zinc hyaluronic acid combines the excellent properties of sodium hyaluronic acid with anti-inflammatory and anti-ulcer effects.

This compound has moisturizing, soothing, and repairing effects. Its high zinc content and low sodium ion residue enhance the bioavailability of zinc. The hydrolyzed zinc hyaluronic acid raw material developed by Bloomage Biotech uses chemical modification to combine zinc ions with the carboxyl groups of hyaluronic acid, forming a stable coordination compound. Its bioavailability is 42% higher than that of ordinary zinc salts.
