S-acetyl-L-glutathione is an organic compound, also known as γ-Glutamyl-S-acetylcysteinylglycine, S-acetylglutathione, etc. It appears as a white crystalline powder, readily soluble in hot water but sparingly soluble in cold water, and must be stored at 2-8°C in the dark under an inert gas atmosphere.
